I would like to share my home buying experience.  Debby Kuhns and Andrea Hove were very professional and extremely patient.  My wife and I were first time home buyers.  One of the things that I really appreciated was that they did not show us any homes that did lot meet the guidelines that we set up.  They were punctual and were very helpful throughout the process.  I really felt like they were partners with us and helped us purchase the home that was just right for us.

Admittedly, I was very impatient and I left Debby, Andrea and my wife to search for homes.  They were very good about keeping us informed and has stayed in touch with us.  They are more than just our Realtors - they are family friends and I would highly recommend them.  I will definitely work with them when I am ready to buy another piece of property.

We have got to tell you both how much we enjoyed your honesty and professionalism while looking to sell our home this year. Some years back we sold old home and wondered which side the real estate agent was representing, ours or theirs. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

Working with you was such a pleasure and when we did not know what to do you offered all kinds of information and knowledge to help us in the decisions. Very few agents we interviewed really gave us the in-depth knowledge you seemed to have, and you always kept us in the loop on everything. That was really important to us. The marketing analysis you gave us was extremely accurate and told us what to expect in this housing market for this area. We loved the program you specifically designed for our home and the advice on how to prepare our home for a good showing.
